We are lifelong storytellers with a Bright, Timeless and True to Life color style. Using a mix of posing and prompting, we work with each couple to feel completely confident infront of the camera. Our journalistic approach to both photography and videography allows us to produce, capture and edit each piece to refelct the love, the mood and the fun of your special day. Having one team taking care of photography and film for you on your wedding day will give you consistency in style and save you loads of time and sanity communicating between different vendors.

We want to keep the guessing out of how you get your images following your wedding. Which is why we provide all our couples with ALL the digitally edited images taken at their engagement session and on their special day.

These images are provided to our couples through their own, customized, online gallery, where they can download the images directly to their device and easily share the gallery with guests and family members if they choose. These high resolution images are provided to you with printing rights and a social media release. What does this mean? Every single image is yours to print, share, and keep, at no additional charge. 

As for the Copyright, we own this part.  You always receive full personal rights to all your images. Which again means you can print, share on social, and design your own album if you wish. But we will still retain the copyright to the photos.  Clients will not have access to the RAW images or be permitted to add any kind of filters to the images after they've been delivered.

Our films are delivered in a beautiful online gallery. This gallery can be shared on social media and directly with friends and family to view. Only our client will be able to directly download the films.  Additionally your wedding highlight film will be uploaded to YouTube for easy sharing. 

Your engagement session is actually the most important part of your photography experience, because it allows us to really get to know you both AND it allows both of you to get familiar with the way that we work! This is so important because this is the SECRET to creating a ton of gorgeous, genuine portraits on your wedding day! 

And while we do not offer discounts for couple's who don't need an engagement session, or who live out of town.  We can discuss a few other options like, rehearsal dinner coverage, destination engagement sessions, bridal portraits and bridal boudoir. 

We really see time with you as a gift that allows us to walk into your wedding day like trusted friends and not vendors.   So if this is something you want to discuss, just let us know and we can go over your options.

It’s so important that all vendors you work with on your wedding day are a certified business in the state of Colorado. We are a fully licensed LLC business and carry full liability insurance for our business through State Farm. We operate under the company name Girard Creative Group LLC, DBA under this organization as Britni Girard Photography.

Jeremy is also a fully licensed drone pilot with his FAA License and has completed and passed his Part 107 Course.

The average wedding day from getting ready all the way to the final exit is typically 10-12 hours.  What we like our couples to consider is what parts of the day they want covered the most and what portraits are most important. 

Are you wanting photos of you popping champagne with your best friends in cute matching robes?  Do you want to remember the feeling of your mom helping you get in your dress or your grandma clasping the necklace she gave you?  

Are you wanting to share a private first look together and have all your portraits done early, so you can enjoy every second with your guests?

And have you considered if you want photos of all the shenanigans at the reception like dances, cake and reliving that rush of excitement as you run through a tunnel of sparklers at the end of the night?

We know our couples are excited to see and share their favorite moments from their wedding and we’re just as excited to get them in your hands. This is why we provide our couples with their full wedding gallery of photos 1-2 weeks after their wedding day. And wedding films are delivered within 6 to 8 weeks after the wedding day.

And guess what?  We also delivery a sneak peek of our favorite images within 24-48 hours of the big day!

YES!  And we love it.  Many couples also have us capture their welcome party, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch, and/or other festivities to further tell the story of the whole wedding weekend.   

Living in Colorado, the majority of EPIC locations are within a 60 mile radius of our hometown of Loveland, CO. However, we do frequently find ourselves traveling to amazing destinations in and out of Colorado.   We simply request reimbursement for the additional miles traveled. So anything over 60 miles total travel (round trip) we use the IRS standard mileage rate for reimbursement. 

For locations over 3 hours away we will require 1-2 nights of accommodations depending on the start and end times of coverage. This ensures there are no unexpected delays impacting our arrival to the wedding and so that we may drive home safely after late night events. We take care of finding reasonable accommodations and will invoice the couple directly for this. For travel requiring airfare, we will also take care of booking and will bill the couple directly. For weddings out of the United States, we require 3 nights of accommodations and a meal stiped.
